Madjid Tavana is Professor and Distinguished Chair of Business Analytics at La Salle University, where he serves as Chairman of the Business Systems and Analytics Department. He also holds an Honorary Professorship in Business Information Systems at the University of Paderborn in Germany.  Dr. Tavana is Distinguished Research Fellow at the Kennedy Space Center, the Johnson Space Center, the Naval Research Laboratory at Stennis Space Center, and the Air Force Research Laboratory. He was recently honored with the prestigious Space Act Award by NASA. He holds an MBA, PMIS, and PhD in Management Information Systems and received his Post-Doctoral Diploma in Strategic Information Systems from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has published 22 books and over 300 research papers in international scholarly academic journals.  Dr. Tavana is the Editor-in-Chief of Decision Analytics Journal, Healthcare Analytics, Space Mission Planning and Operations, International Journal of Applied Decision Sciences, International Journal of Management and Decision Making, International Journal of Communication Networks and Distributed Systems, and International Journal of Knowledge Engineering and Data Mining. He is also an editor of Annals of Operations Research, Expert Systems with Applications, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Intelligent Systems with Applications, and Journal of Innovation and Knowledge.

Prof. Andrew W. H. Ip received his PhD from Loughborough University (U.K.), MBA from Brunel University (U.K.), MSc in Industrial Engineering from Cranfield University (U.K.), and LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton (U.K.). Dr Ip was awarded in 2015 “Gold Medal with the Congratulations of Jury” and “Thailand Award for Best International Invention” in the 43rd International Exhibition of Geneva, and he was awarded the “Natural Science Award” in 2013 Ministry of Education Higher Education Outstanding Scientific Research Output Awards by the Ministry of Education of Mainland China. Dr. Ip is visiting professor of Civil Aviation University of China, South China Normal University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and Honorary Fellow of the University Warwick, Warwick Manufacturing Group. He is Professor Emeritus and adjunct professor of Mechanical Engineering, University of Saskatchewan and principal research fellow of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a chartered engineer, senior member of IEEE and member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and members of various professional bodies in mechanical and electrical engineering. He is Editor in Chief of the journal of Enterprise Information System (SCI index), Taylor & Francis; Founder & Editor in Chief of International Journal of Engineering Business Management (ESCI & SCOPUS index), SAGE.

Prof. Dr. Vipul JAIN, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand

Dr Vipul Jain is a Senior Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management atVictoria Business School, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He has also worked as a French Dr Vipul Jain is a Senior Lecturer in Operations and Supply Chain Management atVictoria Business School, Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He has also worked as a French Government researcher for the French National Institute for Research in Computer Science and Control at Nancy, France, and was also involved in theEuropean project I* PROMS (Innovative Production Machines and Systems) from UK. Vipul has more than 85 archival publications to his credit in high impact factorjournals, as well as conference papers and books chapters, is the Editor-in-Chief of International Journal of Intelligent Enterprise, and an Editorial Board member forseven international journals. Vipul is ranked 7th in India in a list of top 20 Indian leading academicians publishing in the area of Logistics and Supply Chain management in an exhaustive study entitled “Analysis of the Logistics research in India- white paper (2012), pp.1-11” conducted by researchers from Institute of Transport Logistics, Dortmund University, Institute for Supply Chain and Network Management, TechnischeUniversität Darmstadt, and University of Münster, Germany. Vipul is involved as a scientific and advisory committee member for various international conferences. He was the Programme Coordinator for the Masters in Industrial Engineering Programme at IIT Delhi, and has been actively involved in conducting Management Development Programmes/Training Programmes for Senior Managers andExecutives of Public and Private Organisations in India on various issues and challenges encountered in Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.


Dr. LAM Hoi Yan , Cathy, Assistant Professor (Department of Supply Chain and Information Management), School of Decision Sciences, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, China

Dr Lam is currently the Assistant Professor at Department of Supply Chain and Information Management, and the Director of Big Data Intelligence Centre, at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). Dr Lam received her PhD in Logistics Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2014. During the years of research, over 80 international journals and conference papers were published in the areas of supply chain and logistics management, data management in supply chain, green and sustainable transportation, e-commerce logistics, as well as artificial intelligence. Among them, 35 journal papers are SCI/SSCI listed, while some of them were published in well-known journals such as “IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology”, “International Journal of Production Economics “International Journal of Production Research” “Applied Soft Computing”, “Expert Systems with Application”, “Internet Research” and “Industrial Management and Data Systems”. She received the Outstanding Paper Award of Emerald Literati Network Awards for the paper “An intelligent case-based knowledge management system for quality improvement in nursing homes” in 2019. Currently, she serves as the Associate Editor of Expert Systems with Applications, and Editorial Board Member of International Journal of Engineering Business Management.

Prof. Dr. Srikanta Patnaik, I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India

Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, India. He has received his Ph. D. (Engineering) on Computational Intelligence from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published around 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 2 text books and 55 edited volumes and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, etc. Dr. SrikantaPatnaik is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS), which are all Scopus Index journals. He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. Dr. Patnaik has visited more than 20 countries across the globe and visiting professors to some of the universities. 


Dr.Kottilingam Kottursamy, Anna University, India

Dr.Kottilingam Kottursamy is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Technology at Anna University, Chennai, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, With a strong background in computer science and engineering, Kottursamy has significantly contributed to the fields of Next-Generation Wireless Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and Computational Biology. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and ASCI-India, showcasing his dedication and recognition in his field. Dr. Kottursamy's research has resulted in numerous publications in high-impact journals, including studies on blockchain-integrated multi-agent deep reinforcement learning, feature fusion for predicting fibrous dysplasia bone disorders, and privacy-preserving hierarchical deterministic key generation in public blockchains. His innovative work has been instrumental in advancing knowledge and practical applications in wireless communications and AI-driven medical diagnostics. Dr. Kottursamy's collaborative efforts extend internationally, working with esteemed researchers from institutions such as Oakland University, Manchester City University, and La Trobe University. His contributions to funded projects and patents further underline his commitment to innovative research and technological advancement.

Dr. HOU Yun, Aileen, Assistant Professor (Department of Computer Science), School of Decision Sciences, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, China

Aileen received her PhD degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London, UK in 2009. Before joining HSU, Dr Aileen Hou was an acting assistant and the acting programme leader of the Information and Communications Technology programme of THEi. Before that, she had been conducting applied research in Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) as a Senior Lead Engineer on 3G, 4G and 5G mobile communication systems. She also had working experience in Shenzhen University, IBM and Alcatel-Lucent with research focuses on V2X, Smart City, 5G, Network Optimization and Machine Learning.




Dr. LAM Shu Yan, Benson, Associate Professor (Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Insurance), School of Decision Sciences, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, China

Dr Lam received both BSc and MPhil in Mathematical Science from the Department of Mathematics at the Hong Kong Baptist University. Then, he went to City University of Hong Kong to peruse his PhD degree. Upon his completion of PhD degree, he joined Griffith University (Brisbane, Australia) as a researcher for two years. Dr Lam has strong research skills and he is the first author of 10 referred journals and 14 international conference papers including two of the publications in IEEE Transactions on Medical Imaging (Rank No. 3 among all IEEE Transactions journals; Tier A* journal).

Dr. WU Chun Ho, Jack, Associate Professor (Department of Supply Chain and Information Management), The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong, China

Dr Wu excels in his role with The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) as a researcher with more than a decade of professional experience. Having held numerous roles with the university previously, his expertise precedes him. Over the years, Dr Wu worked closely with many industrial partners to support and contribute to the formulation of their business strategies, operations improvement and new product development. Dr Wu was the recipient of the Big Data Analysis Award from the China & Hong Kong Enterprise Market Development Association in 2014, the Best Reviewer Award for a journal entitled Internet Research in 2016, and the Outstanding Paper Award of Emerald Literati Network Awards in 2019. To stay at the top of his field, Dr Wu is a member (IEEE), a senior member (HKSQ), and a certified PMP, CCSK, CEP & SSBB. As he looks to the future, Dr Wu intends to continue researching in the fields of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and smart logistics & manufacturing. Prof. Taosheng Wang, Hunan International Economics University, China

Taosheng Wang is a doctor, professor of Applied Economics (International Trade Direction), specialist of General Office of the State Council, director of Chinese Society of World Economy, Vice Chairman of the Expert Committee of China Association of Trade in Service, master tutor. He is the dean of School of Business of Hunan International Economics University, chief expert of the provincial-level social science key research base. He is also foregoer of provincial-level key construction course ‘International Trade’, provincial-level teaching team ‘International Trade’, provincial-level characteristic specialty ‘International Economics and Trade ‘. His main research areas are international economic and trade theory and policy; institutional innovation and international trade; international competitive advantage and competitive strategy.

Dr HO To Sum, George received his PhD in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering (ISE) from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) in 2007. During the years of research, Dr Ho has published over 120 international journals and conference papers in well-known journals such as “International Journal of Production Economics”, “Decision Support Systems”, “Industrial Management and Data Systems”, “International Journal of Production Research”, and “Expert Systems with Application”; more than 70 of them are SCI/SSCI listed. He also scores a 25 h-index for publications.
